Ready to eat Khaman

Khaman Premix

1. Take 400g of MultiGrain KhamanPremix by Food Diaries in a

     vessel.

2. Add 400ml of water in it andmix it well to make it lump free.

3. Now grease the Khaman Tray andput the batter in the tray.

4. Thereafter put the tray in thesteamer and cook it for 12-15

     minutes.

5. Remove and allow to cool for 10minutes and cut into small

   cubes.Temper with mustard seeds, poppy seeds and curry

     leaves and garnish with coriander.

 TIP BY FOOD DIARIES: To make the Khaman softand juicy, boil

 50ml water with some lemon drops and sprinkleon steamed

 Khaman before tempering.
