Bedmi  Poori Combo 

1. To make the stuffing take 75g Bedmi stuffing in a vesseland add

     75ml boilingwater to it.

2. Cover the vessel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

3. Now to make the dough take 200g of Bedmi Puri Atta mix by

    FOOD DIARIES andadd 2 teaspoon refined oil and knead the

     dough tight.

4. Let the atta rest for 20-30 mins.

5. Make poori by filling the prepared stuffing in BedmiPoori dough.

6. Heat the oil and deep fry in medium high flame.

7. Serve it hot and enjoy your stuffed bedmi poori by FOODDIARIES.
