Diet Steam Dahibada

1. Take 200g of Dahi Vada Mix by Food Diaries in a vessel.

2. Add 300-350ml of water in it and mix it well.

3. Now steam it in an Idli Steamer for 15 minutes.

4. Then take the vadas and soak them well in water for 3-4minutes.

5. Thereafter take the vadas out of the water and press themwell to

     remove all theexcess water from the vadas.

6. Take Tamarind Chutney powder in a pan and add equalamount

     of water. Nowtake 2-3 boils and let it cool.

7. Your oil free, fat free steamed vadas by Food Diaries areready to

    serve with chilledbeaten curd and tamarind chutney and dahi

    vada masala byFood Diaries.
